- Thick Cut Pork Chops
- Ready-make cornbread stuffing (seriously, this is tasty & quick)
- Salt & Pepper
Methods:
- Make stuffing according to box directions.
- Butterfly pork chops.
- Stuff the stuffing into the chops.
- Season chops with salt & pepper.
- Sear chops in pan with a little oil 2-3 min per side.
- Place remaining stuffing in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Arrange chops on top of seasoning.
- Bake at 350 for ~30 min.
- Serve with apple sauce.
- Yum - quick & tasty.
