Harukai Turnips (How on earth did I not know about these lovely veggies before?)

Materials:
  • Several medium size harukai turnips
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (Can substitute garlic scapes), finely chopped
  • Onion
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

Methods:
  1. Use mandolin to thinly slice onions and turnips.
  2. Heat oil in large saute pan.
  3. Add garlic and saute for a minute or two.
  4. Add in turnips and onions.
  5. Saute over medium medium heat for about 20min until turnips because soft and translucent and start to brown.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
