Apple Cole Slaw (Or, what the heck am I supposed to do with all the cabbage from my farmshare?)

Materials
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 apple, unpeeled is fine
  • approx. 10 carrots (1 lb. bag), peeled
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
Methods
  1. Shred cabbage, carrots, onion and apple into bowl.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise, sugar and lime.
  3. Cool until serving.
