Materials:
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- pinch salt
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 egg, beaten in a 1 cup measure.
- milk sufficient to bring the egg to 1 c.
Methods:
- Preheat oven to 425oF.
- Mix dry ingredients
- Cut margarine into dry ingredients
- Add egg-milk mixture, mix quickly and lightly just until no dry particles remain
- Scrape out onto a lightly floured surface and ned gently 8-10 min
- Form into one large flat circle.
- Cut into wedges.
- Separate pieces and place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 min.
