- Several medium size harukai turnips
- Olive oil
- Garlic (Can substitute garlic scapes), finely chopped
- Onion
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
Methods:
- Use mandolin to thinly slice onions and turnips.
- Heat oil in large saute pan.
- Add garlic and saute for a minute or two.
- Add in turnips and onions.
- Saute over medium medium heat for about 20min until turnips because soft and translucent and start to brown.
- Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
